Hi everybody,
Does anybody use these? How do you count it? I don't see it in the exercise database, which surprises me considering that the list includes unicycling.
Maybe it's to hopelessly 80's to count. Thanks, y'all.

You can google it and find an average calorie burn for a set weight; it's usually 150 pounds. Then you can adjust it for your weight. I did that a long time ago when I was thinking about using one, but I don't remember the website.0
