Hi everybody,

Does anybody use these? How do you count it? I don't see it in the exercise database, which surprises me considering that the list includes unicycling. :) Maybe it's to hopelessly 80's to count. Thanks, y'all.

    You can google it and find an average calorie burn for a set weight; it's usually 150 pounds. Then you can adjust it for your weight. I did that a long time ago when I was thinking about using one, but I don't remember the website.
