What are your favorite diet friendly splurges (Between 100-200 calories)?
I really like the Healthy Choice Greek frozen yogurt--100 calories and York Peppermint Patties--140 calories.
I'm looking for some new ideas. I want things that are tasty and I prefer real food to chemically enhanced foods. Thanks. kt

I like different kinds of nuts mainly almonds and they come in a variety of flavors. They usually run about 140 calories for 28 nuts.
I too like the frozen yogurt as an after dinner snack.
Special K and Fiber One have bars from 90 calories up to 200 that I'm using as snacks plus a way to increase protein intake and they also have a number of different flavors.
Muller Yogurt with certain toppings is prepackaged at 200-210 calories and I swear is the highlight of my food day.
Kashi is making bars in that 100 calorie range that I enjoy and have a filling quality to them while not making me feel like I have a lump in my stomach.
I've also used Nutrigrain bars at 120 calories. Strawberry is my favorite but I also like blueberry.
Nature Valley has granola bars that come 2 to a pack allowing you to easily split the 180 calories up into 2 separate portions and they also have some chewy granola bars in the 170 range.
[EDIT] I completely forgot...fruit.
My current favorites in size order: blueberries, grapes (green/red/seedless), strawberries, clementines, apples, oranges, occasionally a banana.0
