:Hi everybody,

I think I posted this on the wrong board the 1st time. Maybe I'll get an answer here. Does anybody use these? How do you count it? I don't see it in the exercise database, which surprises me considering that the list includes unicycling. Maybe it's to hopelessly 80's to count. Thanks, y'all.

I don't use mine much, but when I did, I burned a similar number of calories rebounding as I did walking about 4.5mph for the same amount of time (I was using an HRM). So now when I do use it (and my poor HRM is broken), I just log it as walking 4.5 in the database. Hope that makes sense and helps!

I have been wondering all week about how to count exercise on my rebounder. Just by chance today I decided to search the message board and was glad to see others had the same problem as not knowing how to count it. I think I will follow the post about counting it as walking. To start I will count it as walking slowing because I have not yet mastered jumping fast and furious.
