I dont have money for those high tech scales & the gym I go to said "there waiting for theres to come in". Any thoughts ?

I just noticed when I finished my imputing, that it changed my daily goal to 200 calories more? ** On a side note I havent lost any weight in the last 2 weeks. (after losing 2 pounds/week) I am 243 (down from 265). Any Ideas why this might be happening?

I have 500 calories left to eat and I already had dinner! Any ideas/suggestions?
At home I weigh less than I do at the gym (by about 1-2 pounds) should I go to the gym to do my weigh ins or use my home scale? ** I weigh in once a week in the morning before i eat or drink anything
I have heard about calories from carbs or sugars are worse for you. Someone mentioned that one calorie from carbs = 5 normal calories? Has anyone else heard of this?
I went to bed at 2:00am, before that I had 1 piece of bread. Would I log this for the end of the day or as the beginning of my next day?
