How can I know my body fat %?

I dont have money for those high tech scales & the gym I go to said "there waiting for theres to come in". Any thoughts ?

If you can find a good trainer at a gym, the skin fold caliper is the cheapest way to go. Although, it needs to be done by a person who knows how to do it correctly. If not done right, it can lead to inaccurate results.
I've only tried two methods, which were pricey, but yields the most accurate results.
DEXA Scan ($85 in the Bay Area, CA)
Hydrostatic Testing ($50) where they submerge you underwater
