I went to bed at 2:00am, before that I had 1 piece of bread. Would I log this for the end of the day or as the beginning of my next day?

Why not? There is no reason you can't eat at any given time of day.0 -

I log it on the next day. After midnight is technically the next day.0

If I were you I would count it for the day before. As long as your weekly calories equal your net goal you will be just fine.0 -
You can do it however you'd like. I had a snack after midnight every night for the year it took me to lose 45 pounds and get to my goal weight. For me, anything I ate before I went to bed got logged on today's food diary.0

Log it wherever you want.0

If my after midnight snack puts me over for the day just ended, I log it for the next day and make sure I don't go over the next day0

Everyone knows that eating after 8PM makes you fat. Eating carbs after 8PM is suicide.0 -

FInally someone notices! I thought that was a golden joke!0 -
It doesn't matter whether you log it on one day or the next. All that matters is that you log it. Your calories for the week will still be the same whether you log it today or tomorrow.0
