Fat and 50
Well as the title says I'm fat and 50. I need to loose 1st 3lb to get to 'normal' weight range. I work full time in a stressy job, manage two bodypump classes a week and can fit in a walk after dinner. My biggest difficulty is sugar, I'm an addict. Anyone out there who would like to offer support and inspiration?

The wrong balance?
Calories, carbs, fat and protein guides. I generally keep within my 1200 calorie daily limit. I love chocolate ad use cycling as a way of earning a chocolate treat. If at theend of a day my food fat content is higher than suggested limits will I still loose weight even though carbs and protein are lower than target set?
