Calories, carbs, fat and protein guides.
I generally keep within my 1200 calorie daily limit. I love chocolate ad use cycling as a way of earning a chocolate treat. If at theend of a day my food fat content is higher than suggested limits will I still loose weight even though carbs and protein are lower than target set?
