3 day refresh?
Hello, So I just started the 3 day refresh today. I am sitting here hungry as ever but people are like its soooo worth to push through the 3 days. Has anyone done it or thinking about doing it? Id love your thoughts.

Burning question about calories in calories out...workout stuff.
So for example today I ate 1220 calories. Now I did zumba for 1 hour this morning and did 21 day fix cardio (30 minutes) so this roughly burned maybe 1000 calories on top of my normal going to work today. On average I usually get about 1000 calories in with about 80 carbs per day and work out just one time at 30 minutes…

Jogging endurance
So here is the short story. I can jog with a 2% incline and do a mile in about 14 minutes with a 180 heart rate. Other days like today for example I did the same settings on the tredmill and I could only get to 1/2 a mile before having to slow down. My heart rate was around 204! This has happened before.
