VERY worried about METABOLISM
Please help! I only started MFP 3 days ago. My recommended calorie count is 1200. I've lost a pound a day so far and am very concerned that might mean: 1) I should be eating more calories to promote slower loss; 2) I'm slowing my metabolism WAYYYY down--eeek!
