Hi All, I have seen a tons of weight loss stories and after losing tons a weight (not me but other persons on MFP) I want to know what they do with all that loose skin. BAD BREAD
so a couple years ago i made thw switch from white bread to wheat bread. its unbelievable how many calories are in 2 slices. 150!!!! I do not want to cut out bread because i love it. can i get bread with less calories? what should i do?
