This morning I was squatting and somehow ending up in excruciating pain. Went to the Dr and was told I aggregated my si joint and that I will be in serious pain for several days. I'm just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and what the outcome was ?

At my heaviest I was 205 lbs, I felt absolutely disgusted with myself. In June…
