After struggling for about the last year I'm back with a vengeance! I've got my goal calories at 1200 and I have been counting everything!!!!! Including my vitamins and I've been taking Metamucil 1-3 times a day. Am I going overboard counting these things also or if I really want to see success keep doing what I'm doing?!

HUNGRY!!!! Feels like all the time!!!! HELP!!!!
I feel like I'm hungry ALL the time. I can eat a meal and within an hour or less I'm hungry again. I work very hard to make sure I am eating well balanced food. Get my water in.
