Okay ladies... and men to... What do you think is the best exercises for a 'more lifted butt'? Yes, I know squats and lunges are great... but if anyone has a routine/plan they followed with great results, I would love to know. Thanks for the responses y'all :) .

I've Done it Before...So I must do it again!
I would like to get serious about getting to my goal weight of 135. I'm 5'10''. I've done it before but I have to get my willpower in order when it comes to snacks. I love exercise so that is not the issue. I just need some motivation and the will to back away from the snacks... especially when I get home from work. Help!!…

I'm a 5'10'' chick and my goal weight is 135. Which so happens to be the number that is on my driver's license. I want that number SOOO bad, (but bad enough to do the things that will keep me there). I've just need help curbing those snacks I just love to munch on!

Help with WILLPOWER!
Hi everyone! I have the exercise down pact. I run 3 miles a day, ab work everyday, and sometimes strength training. I just need to get my eating down right. I'll do great during the morning and early afternoon. But around 3 and during the night time, sometimes all I want to do is snack. Doesn't anyone have any suggestions.
