I would like to get serious about getting to my goal weight of 135. I'm 5'10''. I've done it before but I have to get my willpower in order when it comes to snacks. I love exercise so that is not the issue. I just need some motivation and the will to back away from the snacks... especially when I get home from work. Help!! Any advice men or ladies :)!
