I am going to start day 1 on Saturday. Due to the heavy snow fall yesterday I passed on working out. Did enough lifting/shoveling of snow that my back was feeling pretty tight. I am putting together a plan to lose 50 lbs in 50 weeks. I have lost 50 pounds before and know I can do it.
