Which BMI and body fat percentage.
What is the difference and which is a better indicator? When I use the BMI calculator here or on other sites it gives me 24.7%. I use a Tanita scale which is supposed to be highly accurate and I get a reading of 20.5%. Can someone give me some insight into this? Thanks!

Adjusting activity levels
I wasn't sure whether this belonged in Fitness or Nutrition. When I started mfp I was very seditary. I work behind a computer all day and only get up for short breaks. I've been lurcking here in the forums for about a week now. So glad I found this site and the app. I lost about 30 lbs 2 years and only gained 5-8 lbs back (Divorce diet, someone should write a book). PX90 and impact level
For those who have done this workout before, what would you say the impact level is on the knees. I injured my knee in the Corps and had surgery on it in 2002. Since then my doctor has recommended I not bike, hike or run.
