Adjusting activity levels

I wasn't sure whether this belonged in Fitness or Nutrition. When I started mfp I was very seditary. I work behind a computer all day and only get up for short breaks. I even eat my lunch at my desk and keep working. This week I started the EA active 2.0 and plan to follow the 9 week program. Now I am working out 4 days per week for 25 min. Should I leave my calorie goal where it's at or make adjustments?
