Getting fit for a vacation in March. Looking to tone up and have a bikini body! I would love to have some friends to motivate me and I could do the same for you! I'm doing the 30 day shred Monday-Friday resting on Saturday and running on Sundays!

Question about calorie cutting
So I was eating probably double the amount of calories I should have been until recently. Will I lose more weight than what MFP says on my goals? I'm now eating a little under the amount and I work out 2 times a week with a trainer. I'm just wondering how that works.

I recently started meeting with a personal trainer twice a week. Those are the only times I get to work out due to my full time job. (I go during work.) Will I see results with this?
