So I have finally purchased a HRM and in the manual it talks about heart rate zones and to be in a fat burning zone I need to be working at 60-70% of my max heart rate. The standard age based max heart rate is to take 220 minus your age (30) which makes mine AROUND 190. The questions is that 60-70% of that seems VERY low.…

Inexpensive heart rate monitor?
Can anyone recommend a good basic heart rate monitor? I only need one that calculates calories burned. I found one on amazon for $40 which is around what I want to spend.
