Ok so I have a funny question. Have any ladies who have lost quite a bit of weight (I have about 100lbs to lose) noticed that once they lost weight high heels were more comfortable to wear? Breast feeding and weight loss?
I have a 2 month old daughter, I want to start losing weight but am also building my milk supply. Has anyone lost weight while breast feeding? And if so, did it affect your milk supply at all, either positively or negatively?

My stomach is kind of large. I weight 240 pounds. my goal is to weigh 140. I am wanting to here from people who have lost alot of weight. about 100 pounds like I want to. What does your belly look like? is it flat like u want or is there excess skin??? I don't want excess skin and im trying to figure how how not to get it.

What else have you noticed?

A food tracking idea!
Today I found that using my food tracker as a meal planner, and filling it out in the morning with what I plan to eat has helped me alot! I can always change it if anything doesn't go as planned.
