Hey everyone! We all need motivation and new friends for encouragment and support so I have kind of a little game for us all.... state your goal (-100 lbs, -20 lbs, etc.) and how you feel this change will benefit you the most. Then friend request the person above you...... GO!

My goal is to lose 100 lbs.
I think this will benefit me the most by boosting my confidence and helping me be the best me I can be!

    I have 85lbs to go until I'm back to my healthy weight where I used to love to run, hike and play hard. and yeah it'll be confidence boost too, can't wait to be back to doing 10 pullups before every meal

    My goal is 50 lbs. I hope that my health issues will approve if I get down to a reasonable wt. My self-confidence will improve also.
  • Mine is small--only eight pounds. I've gotten really out of shape since I started my new job (desk job), and I'm hoping that with a little exercise and some dedication, I'll be back to my regular self in no time!

    I would like to drop 20 Kilos. Im using small goals like 5 kilos at a time. so far Ive lost 2 kilos.
