Here's a question I would like to have an answer to..
I am trying to drink 8 glasses or more of water each day. I am wondering if after the first 5 or 6 glasses if one could drink calorie free/fat free lemon ade or ice tea and still have that count as water. Does anyone have an anwer? Lolly

Down another pound and a half.. The big red letters on the home page do not record half pounds I guess. As it just showed one pound down. But I can live with that. Down is good! yeahaaaaaaa

Yes its Friday. My hubby wanted to go out for chinese. I told him I wasn't ready to face that temptation. It is freezing cold out so that helps. I have decided to cook us a little breakfast. NO BACON..I am hoping I will be rewarded for this good behavior in the morning when I stand on the scales. Happy Friday everyone!
