Hi, I have not been here for a few weeks because my computer is moving so slow I cant stand it. Anyway I lost another two pounds this week for a total fof 12. So 4 more pounds and I will be in a new decade. I have not weighed below 200 in a very long time. 4 more will get me to 199! yehaaaaaaaaaa

K heres what I do, frozen mixed fruit, its made by DOLE and sponge cake and little dabs of Squirt cream..MMMMMMMMMM good. OH I crush up the fruit and add a little splenda to it! soooooo good

I was just getting discouraged when I got on the scales this morning after staying away from them for awhile and discoverd I had lost two more pounds. Yea and it gave me jsut the lift I needed to stay on track! yehaaaaaaaaaa
