Question for petite women dieters
I am a very petite woman (under 5 feet tall with a small frame). I know the standard recommendation is to never go under 1200 calories but in the past, I have found that I do not lose much when I eat that many calories. Do any other petite ladies go under 1200? Alternating number of calories
Does anyone alternate their number of calories per day? (i.e. 1200 one day, followed by 1500) I am considering trying alternating between 1000, 1200 and 1500 calories. I am wondering if anyone has any success with this method.

Weight Watchers
I have been logging on MFP for about 3 weeks. I am considering switching to WW to get more guidance on what foods to eat (versus just counting calories). For those of you who have done WW, what is the difference between going to meeting and using etools versus doing WW Online (aside from attending meetings)?

Chocolate?
I had a busy day and didn't get to eat as much as I should have eaten so at the end of the day, I still had about 200 calories. So I ate some chocolate. I enjoyed it but now feel guilty. Can I still be successful if I eat chocolate (as long as it is within my calorie allowance)???

Only lost .5 lbs my second week
I lost 3 pounds my first week but only .5 my second week. This seems low, don't you think?

Has anyone used Tamilee's Tight on Time DVDs? I am using one now (for arms) and am wondering if I will see results from it because it is such a short workout.
