Would love to hear some easy low cal breakfast ideas.

What do you mean by low calorie? 100 calories? 500? I usually have oatmeal, dannon light and fit Greek yogurt (comes in so many flavors like Boston cream pie and banana cream) and some fruit. It ends up being around 250 calories. You could also make an egg white omelet with cheese and/or vegetables. Depending on how many eggs you use, that should be around 200-250 too. Both of those things are filling for me0

I usually have a latte and a kashi bar
Sometimes greek yogurt, whey powder, 1/4 cup of oats and some berries.
Sometimes eggs and toast
Grits and eggs
Anything you would eat at any other time is fine too, of course!
If you really need low calorie then fruit I guess, an apple or banana or handful of strawberries. Nonfat greek yogurt isn't too caloric.1 -

A good breakfast I like for 1 person is as follows...
Pam spray 10 calories.
One egg 70 calories
1/2 ounce shredded cheese 50 calories
1 english muffin(Trader Joe's fat free 110 calories)
1 morning star farms sausage patty 70 calories
big cup of coffee
1 oz half and half 40 calories
The way I make mine is pretty much as I have it listed so 350 calories
make a sandwich tastes good and hearty. Sometimes when i am really hungry or know when lunch is far off I'll do two eggs.
On edit the eggs are fried in a non stick pan with some Pam spray.
If you add butter to the bread you'll need to factor that in.0 -
Plain greek yogurt, berries, sunflower seeds= 300 calories, but you can do less sunflower seeds and it will be much less calories0
