DVDs for back muscles

I have lower back pain which I think is a result of having weak back muscles. Can anyone suggest a DVD to target my back?

Lower back extensions are amazing! Def relieved my lower back pain, just lay on your stomach, hand stretched in front of you, face down....lift everything off the floor except your stomach and chest, hold for a count building of 5 seconds, can build up to more and repeat 5 to 10 times.
ETA: don't forget to work on your entire core including your abs, definitely important for back pain.0
