I'm curious about fat/day. I have no problem eating my carb and protein goals, but I eat very little fat. It seems like a good thing to me, though. Is this okay? I've only been on here for 11 days, so I'm still new at this. Am I supposed to eat the exact number of cals suggested? Or aim for lower.
