Carbs/Fat/Protein

I'm curious about fat/day. I have no problem eating my carb and protein goals, but I eat very little fat. It seems like a good thing to me, though. Is this okay? And, besides cheese, are there any other snacks I have that use up fat grams but not carbs? These are my stats today after 3 meals. Thanks in advance!

Try nuts.... it has some carbs, yeah... but you didn't eat much fat today.
You could cook an egg, thats protein and fat - zero carbs... cook the egg with oil?
if your macros don't line up completely today, no worries. It's just a rule of the thumb...You can just try harder tomorrow to include more fats and balance the other stuff .0
