What is the lowest amount of calories MFP will give you?
I understand for every 10 lbs you lose your calories change. I was wondering just how low they go the closer you get to your goal? Thanks

I wanted to know how accurate you have found MyFitnessPal in calculating the amount of calories you are supposed to eat according to the information you enter. Mine says eat 1670 per day but I can not imagine losing on that many calories. What had been your experience?

Eat less when imobile?
Been in a cast for 3weeks and have 5 more weeks left. Should I less calories until I am able to walk? Suppose to eat 1550 a day.

Why do some people come down on those of us who eat 1200 Calories a day? I have read a lot in here about eating more to lose but I also see that most of you are young. For us older 60 +, who are tall, whose exercise is walking the dog at a medium pace can we expect the same results uing the BMR & TDEE calulator results and really eat that many calories and lose?
