Been in a cast for 3weeks and have 5 more weeks left. Should I less calories until I am able to walk? Suppose to eat 1550 a day.

If that is your sedentary calorie goal without exercise you may have to cut it by 100 or so cals- even sedentary expects a certain amount of movement.
Your own results over the past 3 weeks will be a good indicator of what you have to do.
All that being said, while healing it is generally better to eat at maintenance, even if you gain a little. The healing process will be quicker and probably more successful with better nutrition.

Your body is trying to rebuild a bone/bones. Set your goal to maintenance at sedentary, and eat a little above. You don't want to go in to have the cast taken off and discover the bone hasn't healed, or have it heal so poorly that it breaks again six months down the road.5

Your body needs lots of calories for healing. Eat at maintenance or above.2

Losing weight has a degree of incompatibility with building bones.
Building strong bones is highly compatible with maintenance +1
