How you determine your activity level?

I am trying to figure out what category I fit. I am retired and walk 25 -50 min a day. Should I consider myself sedentary or moderate activity.
Thanks!
Thanks!

If you walk that much, you're not sedentary. Pick the next level up for your TDEE calculation. Sedentary was me, planting my butt firmly in a chair 8 hours during the day, and 4 more hours at home.0

If you log the walk as cardio exercise, you are sedentary. If you don't log the walk, go up a level.0
