If it worked to get you to your goal weight then why not continue to use it? Speaking from experience on WW hitting my goal ( lost 220 lbs)was not enough I needed to know the next step. Wish I had been on MFP. I would have had some idea what calorie amount I should be eating to maintain. 40 more lbs I will be back to goal…

Eating too much, lack of dedication and laziness.

Thank you for your reply and I am happy you reached your goal!

I quit cold turkey. It was dang hard but haven't had one in 25 yrs and I am an old bird. As much as I enjoyed the act of smoking I would not want to start again and have to quit all over again. And did I mention the money? When I smoked it was $1.85 a pack and I see now it is $8.00 a pack where I live, NO thanks!

Started with alcholic dad which led to anxiety of never knowing what each day would bring. Food was my comfort. Grew up diagnoised with depression and of course stuff happens in life and food was a comfort. Mid 50's shot up to 389 lbs. Went to Ww and 4 yrs later lost 210 lbs. Over the years have gained 75 of it back but I…

I lost over 200 lbs on Weight Watchers. When I reached goal I felt like a fish out of water. I knew how to lose but not how to maintain. I kept the weight gain at bey but after some life changing events I started dealing with my emotion like I did before with food. 70 lb gain later I got ahold of myself and I have now lost…

Sorry to hear you are going through this stress. Be kind to yourself and do not put extra stress on yourself or you will set yourself up to fail. I will try and help you with your accountability if you want.

Lost over 200 lbs and I am a cokeaholic

I lost over 200 lbs. I did not exercise and I was on Weight Watchers. Best thing I can tell you is weigh your food. Don't do anything you wont keep doing for life. If you fall get back up again and don't beat yourself up. Losing weight isn't a race so take your time and learn how to eat within your calorie range.

Good job, keep it up! :)

I weigh myself once a week. In the past I was obsessed with the scale sometimes weighing 2 or 3 times a day everyday. This works better for me and is less stressful.

I lost over 200 lbs with Weight Watchers and never exercised one day. Calories in Calories out.

I started Weight Watchers in Jan of this year and lost 40 lbs but like some have said it it's expensive and I found I wasn't going to meetings either. I just started MFP 2 weeks ago and I have lost 2 lbs. I prefer doing it this way because it is easier to find calories and keep track of them then to find points of foods…

Retirement took me a few years to get use to too. I have to admit there are times when I wish I could get a PT job. I do some volunteer work but sometimes it doesn't feel like enough but then I think of "Having" to work and I am content again to be retired. I say do what works for you! If you want to work PT go for it…

I think intutive eating works for some people but let's face obese people did not get fat from being intuitve. I have lost over 200 + lbs doing Weight Watchers. I needed the structure and accountability of the program. I hit goal and stopped going to to my meetings, had some major emotional things happen since then and…

Good luck in your weight loss journey and feel free to add me too!

It relaxes me and also makes me feel recharged at the same time. Like all the worries leave my mind and body and the stress is gone.

Hi I just started chair yoga about a month ago and I really like it. I also use a dvd at home which teaches you to concentrate on the your breath and I find that so relaxing and helps me to destress! This sounds like a good group.

I had bad knees when I first started Weight Watchers so I was not able to do any exercise but I lost over 220 + lbs. You do not need to exercise to lose weight. 2 yrs ago I had both my knees replaced and now I can and do exercise everyday. My advice is to find something you can do like swimming but remember if you can't…

You can add me too. I lost over 220 lbs and have gained back 20 so I know the journey you are on. You can do this!
