Blue Tooth Ear Buds
Was thinking of getting a pair of Blue Tooth ear buds to use when I workout - seems so much easier than having the cord to worry about. Does anyone have these? What do you think of them?

Frustrated
I have to admit - I'm frustrated. It seems like when I have a good week of exercise/eating my weight does not change or goes up. Does this happen to everyone, or just me? Anyone have any advice??

Easily Confused
I am getting back into eating healthier and trying to lose some weight. I am not sure about how to correctly calculate the number of calories I should be eating. Always looking for extra motivation
