net calorie question
So I put my food into MFP, i have upped my calorie to what BMF was telling me I should be eating 1895 cal, when I sync my data it's telling me that my net is now 1195, I had over 1900 calorie today, should my net be over my BMR or should I just look at the calorie deficit I have on BMF.

where you happy with your goal weight?
Once you reached the weight you had set for goal. Where you happy with the way you look or did you right away decided you needed to lose more weight.
