  • Hi I love the EA Active 2, I was actually thinking about starting the program again, it's fun and interactive, you work out a sweat and don't really realize it because it's all game. I also have the other games, the original and the more workout but the #2 is by far my favorite one.

  • Did speed 2.0 last night, really enjoyed it, burn a whopping 298 cal for 28 minutes workout. Curious to see what tonight will be like with the rip't circuit.. that should be interesting!
  • I did beta core cardio last night, holy molly that was something else. But I was able to do most of it, except those running spider lunge.. that's just crazy. Looking forward to another workout tonight.
  • I did the brazil butt lift for about 3 weeks, then I got bored, but I do get bored easily. It is challenging, I don't know if you will find it hard after doing insanity, but I liked the cardio workout, it's fun and more like dancing. I didn't find the other one really interesting and the guy really get on my nerve.

  • I have a bodymedia and I burn in between 185 and 230 cal depending on the workout. Cardio being the highest and abd the lowest. So your estimate is pretty good.

  • I know mine will read the sleep only when I'm not moving around, it is usually pretty accurate, when I check back the time I was awake and compare with the body media reading.   • Depends on what workout it is. I know i can do cardio and abd the same day of lower focus and abd but I can't do full body and lower focus. I usually take Friday off and do double on Saturday, more time and more energy.

  • I am in my second week and love it! I'm the type of person that get bored really easy so by having a different workout every day is great. It's really challenging but still douable.

  • I get up at 6am to do the C25K. I usually don't eat anything unless I feel like i'm really hungry, then I eat a banana with a little bit of peannut butter.
