My first 5km race!
This friday I am running my first 5km race. Its a night race (picked it specifically cause it supports a great charity) - so everyone gets headlamps to run with. My current best time is 37:16. I am super nervous and have no idea what to expect. Any tips and suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Transition from 1lb a week to 0.5
Hello, So I am now at a point with 10.5lb to lose. According to life I should start to transition from 1lb loss a week to 0.5. Is there any downside to not doing so? How do you adjust the calories on MFP
Hello, i was wondering how to adjust the calories you are eating on MFP. For example, it is set that I should eat 1200 but I know that is not nearly enough for me. I need about 1547 according to my TDEE - 20%. Is there anyway to set that as my calorie goal? Please let me know! Thanks!
