Hello,
So I am now at a point with 10.5lb to lose. According to life I should start to transition from 1lb loss a week to 0.5. Is there any downside to not doing so?
If I do transition I assume that means a 250cal deficit instead of a 500 cal deficit correct?
Sorry my brain isn't working this friday morning.
In the good news catetory im at my minigoal so thats fun.

Yes. You'd want a 250 calorie deficit from your TDEE.0

Also, mostly the reason it is advised to slow down your rate of loss as you get closer to goal is because there is less room between your BMR and TDEE to create a deficit and usually you are advised not to eat below your BMR.0
