Starving following long run!
Hey peeps I did a 12km run last night and I have been starving all morning today. Last night I had a stir fry with prawns, rice and veg - today I have had porridge (oatmeal) and a smoothie mid-morning to keep me going until lunch. Any runners out there got any tips for not feeling hungry all day after a long run! It's hard…

January Gym Rage
I have January gym rage! It's too busy in the gym to move - can't wait til Feburary when all those people who only use the gym for 4 weeks of the year bugger off and you can get on the machines again! Off to face the madness now.... wish me luck! :tongue:

Any Saturday weigh-ins?
Morning I only joined a week ago, after a visit to the doctors, when the weighed me and I was a stone heavier than I thought! Ouch! Time to take action. I have my first weigh in tomorrow and although I've been ultra good all week, I'm scared about getting on those scales in case I haven't lost anything! Anyone else…
