Hello :)

I just wanted to say hello! I am only looking to lose about a stone - but it always seems harder when there is less of it to lose! I love going to the gym - body combat and attack are my favourites. I am also gluten free - for any one else out there who is too.

I need some motivation as I'm going to New York for Xmas in 5 weeks and want to lose a bit before I go. I joined on Sunday and am having a good week so far. Tracking everything makes you a lot more conscience of what you are actually eating.
