Spicy is better than salty!
I eat a l very low salt diet (thank you baby) and so when I have pizza or fast food the salt literally burns my mouth! YUCK - so I rarely eat it!

I like the arc trainer!
My gym now has an arc trainer - I have been using it get cardio since I injured a knee, I love it, I can burn 750 cal in 40 minutes - also with an ipod I can turn it up, close me eyes and tune out the rest - great with no distractions
