That's awesome Jenny, it is amazing how trained we can be as well. It is really cool to be able to "taste" the foods and not preservatives! - and sense we're enjoying food more it is easier to take small bites and chew longer!

I do a hot coco with equal, powered skim milk and pure Hershey's coco - I put it a thermos and shake the heck out of it - it is so cream and thick!

Hey Sarah , We have two in my gym and happily not many people use it:-P I do the interval workout at level 10 and can burn nearly 700 cal in 40 minutes - depending upon my play list! I like that I can lean-in by changing the grip and work another muscle group. Carroll in Malaysia
