I love this APP, it's helped me stay away from certain foods and decide not to have that snack.
I am currently nursing an injured knee and thought it'd be good if I lost some weight to reduce the strain on my knees when I play Ultimate (imagine Frisbee football).
Best tips; take small bits, chew longer; cut out refined sugar and any white flour whenever possible, drink lots of water.:smile:
