Valentines Day
So how did everyone survive Valentines Day and eating candy???? i did good till night time and then picked on my daughters dove chocolates at night :( just a few and put them in her room this morning instead of the kitchen where i'll be more tempted. have a great rest of week everyone :) diana

WEEK 3 CHALLENGES
were there any challenges listed for week 3? my personal challenge and whoever wants to join me.......is to start the "couch to 5k" program. (its a 9 week program that will get you off the couch and being able to run/jog 3 miles. another member posted the info and started a thread here in this group . so going to start…

NEW HERE :)
ok so im in this for the long haul.......back in april 2012 something just clicked and i had enough! started following the south beach diet which not only did i lose about 40lbs following but all my blood work was back to normal. i was pre-diabetic. now i am not :) so still following but at a standstill now....definetly…
