ok so im in this for the long haul.......back in april 2012 something just clicked and i had enough!
started following the south beach diet which not only did i lose about 40lbs following but all
my blood work was back to normal. i was pre-diabetic. now i am not :)

so still following but at a standstill now....definetly not done!
i keep going up and down the same few lbs.

so figured i should start tracking what i am eating as another tool to help in this battle.

i have made mini goals along the way as not to let the big weight loss number overwhelm me so right now
my next mini goal is 20lbs, which i lost 2 of so far. so 18 to go till i make next goal.

so thats my story and looking forward to supporting each other who are in the same boat :)
