weigh in
so today is my weigh in day!!! kinda nervous kinda excited to see what that scale says. Im going to go home after work at 630 am sleep for a few hours then do my daily workout and perhaps another one as i call it my "last chance workout" and see if that helps. Wish me luck

Miles to go
Ive configured if I walk for an hour its about 100 calories so Im going to intune that into my workout. Im going to take my calories burned and use that as miles ive walked for the month Im at 2012 my goal for january is 10,000 I believe I can do this..

So I decided that every 10 pounds I loose Im going to reward myself with a non food/ diet reward. Like when I loose my first ten pounds Im going to go by some new pants and a shirt. Changes
now I know Ive only lost 3 pounds but the more I workout the more I feel better about my self. My whole attitude is changeing, Im more smiley, more confident. This is great I think I will be able to stick to this its wonderful. I love all the support I get from here too. Because i dont have that kind of support at home.

push ups
Today while doing my workout I did 7 push ups in a row now that may not seem like alot to some but I dont think ive ever been able to do 7 push ups in a row!!!! im super excited I can tell that this working out thing is paying off.

My struggle
I really want to loose the weight and keep it off but the thing I most struggle with is eating right and staying on track eating wise, I tell myself no eating out this week or no more than one cookie today or only one soda today and I end up having twice that ammount cuz I seem to want it so much more when I cant have it.…
