MFP Miscalculating Total Calories?
Unable to fully substantiate what MFP is calculating as my total calories. Using my planned food diary for today, the following is what I come up with: Carbs = 269 x 4 calories per gram of carb = 1076 Protein = 167 x 4 calories per gram of protein = 668 Fat = 75 x 9 calories per gram of fat = 675 Total = 2419 MFP…

Strength vs. Mass building
An observation at the gym lately that mass and strength may not be co-related at all. There are some small and relatively skinny guys I have seen lift much more than me and also have seen much bigger guys (usually just large not necessarily muscular) lift much less than me. So, the observation begs the question whether…

Again, past my 70 lbs of weight loss, trying to perfect my approach to continue to build muscle while gradually…

Of course, as you all know, you can't cut without muscle loss and can't gain without fat gain, so I am wondering about what strategies have worked the best for people who have done this successfully…

In addition to my high intensity cardio training and weight training 7 days a week, I am considering fine tuning my workout to further shape the belly.
