Having lost 70 lbs in about 6 months, I have been now focused on building strength and body recomposition. Along my journey, I have learned a ton and made some good friends whose support I still continue to enjoy. I would though like to continue to welcome more friends focused on maintenance or building strength that are willing and able to share credible nutritional and fitness know how, ideas, practices etc.

I am "In Maintenance" and working on Strength Training. Not following any Particular Program, because most of them include moves that I am just Not Ready to try.
