Post Weight Loss Goals

Just surveys what others form their goals around after reaching their weight loss goals. Having lost my 72 pounds, I am now focused on recomposition for which Body Fat%, resting heart rate and key muscle measurements, e.g. biceps, chest, waist etc. is what I am measuring.

How about you?

    160 lbs LBM @ 10-12% BF are my 6 month goals. Long term, no clue.

    My goal is lower my bf% by at least 3%

    Thanks for sharing guys. I think BF% is the most popular and most sensible goal to have. In my case, I am trying to get to and stay at 15% BF, rest all is just continuos progression on lifting weights.
