lose thigh fats
So I've been doing exercises like Jillian Michael's killer buns and thighs, cardio (running on the treadmill) and a few other thigh and butt toning exercises with weights but I feel like it's not helping? I'm not fat, actually, im 99lbs but my thighs are huge ans flabby. Any advice?

I just bought Jillian Michaels KB&T DVD and I was just wondering if anyone else has tried it and got good results? Please post pics if you did. And when do you start seeing a difference?

30 Day Shred results?
I'm currently doing Level 1 Day 6 of 30 Day Shred and Level 1 Day 4 of 6 Week Six Pack TWICE a day except for Sundays. I weigh 113 lbs (51.2kg) and I'm am pear shaped which means I'm big in the hips and thighs. Good smoothie recipes?
I recently put on my braces and it hurts like djdblefnlna but I'm still gunna exercise and since I can't eat hard foods for a few weeks, maybe I can opt for some low calorie and nutritious smoothies. Anyone have some good recipes I could use? Oops I forgot to mention that I do not have protein powder.

Over exercising?
I've been doing Jillian Michael's 4 DVDs a day, two in the morning and two in the late afternoon. Am I overworking myself? I don't feel sore but I do get those feelings with your muscles(like when you just woke up and stretch) all day long. I don't have rest days but I limit myself to two DVDs on the weekends.

Few workouts a day or just one?
I'm currently doing 30 Day Shred and 6 Week Six Pack in the early morning, and Killer Buns & Thighs and Ripped in 30 in the late afternoon. I was wondering if it'll make a bigger difference doing it my way or just doing 1 workout per day. Any help is appreciated.
